Louise’s career has been built on her fascination with data-driven Marketing. Her early years were spent in creative agencies and in client organisations in a range of loyalty, CRM and marketing roles across Melbourne and Sydney.

She moved into the world of recruitment over fifteen years ago and has relished the opportunity to meld her insider knowledge of the data-driven industry with her passion for helping people tell their stories. With an emphathetic, nurturing approach she takes the time to understand candidate’s journeys and ensure their new role matches their aspirations, skill-set and style.

During her time with SCC Talent, Louise has assisted hundreds of candidates find their dream roles in CRM, CX, Martech, Digital, Loyalty, Advertising and Marketing, at all levels from entry-level through to c-suite. She has worked with agencies, consultancies, start-ups and client-side organisations across Australia.
