Fiona Gilfillan — Managing Partner

Fiona joined SCC Talent after a career in creative advertising, including CRM strategy and campaign work with major Australian agencies including Clemenger BBDO and M&C Saatchi. She combines that industry experience with extensive recruitment experience across marketing, advertising, digital, CX, CRM and data roles.

Louise McCallum — Managing Partner

Louise began her career across creative agencies and client organisations in loyalty, CRM and marketing roles before moving into specialist recruitment. She brings more than 20 years of recruitment experience and has helped hundreds of candidates across CRM, CX, Martech, Digital, Loyalty, Advertising and Marketing.
